Acall Portal / Acall Mobile
[ New Feature ] Microsoft Teams meeting creation
Acall でのワークスペース予約時に、Microsoft Teams 会議の URL を自動で発行できるようになりました。
You can now generate a Microsoft Teams meeting URL when making a workspace reservation in Acall.

[ Bug Fix ]
The issue where extending a reservation for multiple meeting rooms from the Acall Portal or Acall Mobile would not trigger an error, even when there were subsequent bookings, has been fixed.

[ Feature Addition ]
You can now send an email to the guest at the same time as creating an appointment.

[ Feature Improvement ]
The issue causing potential delays in connecting to the Acall Portal has been resolved.

Acall Meeting Multi-tenant
[ Feature Improvement ] Meeting Room Check-in (Multi-tenant)
When communication with the Acall Meeting in a shared meeting room is lost, notifications will now be sent to workers with 'Tenant Administrator' permission via email or Acall Mobile app.

[ Specification Change ] Export
The column "Number of Users" has been added to the CSV file when exporting workspace reservation and history data.

We have integrated with Neat, allowing you to export the actual number of users who utilized the meeting rooms and analyze the data.
