[Release: April 16, 2025] Create Workspace Reservation in Acall with Microsoft Teams Meeting URL

Thank you very much for always using Acall.

We are excited to announce a new feature that allow you to automatically generate a Microsoft Teams meeting URL when booking a workspace in Acall.
Until now, when setting up a hybrid meeting with both online and offline participants, you have to book a meeting room in Acall and separately generate the Teams meeting URL through Outlook Calendar or another tool.
You are now able to generate the Teams meeting URL directly from the Acall reservation screen, and it will be automatically reflected in the linked Outlook Calendar.
Setting up hybrid meetings will be fully streamlined within Acall.

Customers using Outlook Calendar Integration (users who have linked their Microsoft account)


What You Can Do
Acall Portal
You will be able to select 'Teams Meeting' on the workspace reservation creation screen.


The Teams meeting URL will be included in the reservation notes.


By clicking on a reservation on the timeline under [Reservation] > [Workspace], 'Join Teams Meeting' button will appear in the popup and the status tab on the detail screen. You can join the Teams meeting by clicking the button, or copy the URL using the copy icon.


Acall Mobile
You can select 'Teams Meeting' when creating a reservation.
The Teams meeting icon will appear on the reservation card in your My Page.
Tapping the icon will give you the option to 'Join Meeting' or 'Copy URL'."
