Management for Shared Meeting Rooms

Meeting room reservations shared by multiple companies are integrated into Acall to prevent double booking. You can check the reservation status of all tenant companies, but there is no need to worry about security issues since detailed information is not available to other tenants.

Acall records actual room entry and exit logs, including extensions and shortening reservation times. It will prevent "unused reservations" when users reserve but do not use the room.
In addition, space fees and cancellation policy settings support the billing process of space administrators.
