Thank you very much for using Acall.

We are pleased to announce that now you can send emails simultaneously when creating appointments in Acall Portal.
Until now, you had to send the invitation email from the edit screen after creating an appointment.
With this release, you can send the invitation email at the same time as creating the appointment, reducing the steps and saving time.

What You Can Do
From the [ GUESTS ] tab on the appointment creation screen, you can open the email sending screen for guests by selecting [ Create & bulk send to guests ].


You can edit the email content under 'Notification to visitors' and send the email to the guests by clicking [ Send ].



Additional Note
The email creation screen has been moved from the [ STATUS ] tab to the [ GUESTS ] tab.
