We especially announce the release of features that we would like to inform our customers about, as well as our regular weekly releases.
On this page, we plan to introduce the features that will be released in October and how to use them.

Google Calendar Integration
[ Bug Fix ]
Fixed a bug in which, for multi-tenant tenant companies with Google → Acall calendar integration set up, after a meeting in a shared meeting room ended before the scheduled end time, appointments made during that free time would be canceled.
Outlook Calendar Integration
[ Bug Fix ]
Fixed a problem in which appointments that existed before being set as shared meeting rooms were not properly synced after being set as shared meeting rooms in a multi-tenant tenant company with Outlook → Acall calendar integration.
Acall Portal
[ Bug Fix ] Provisioning
A bug that prevented Slack integration from working properly when a large number of users were provisioned has been fixed.
[ Bug Fix ] Workspace
The "Auto Extend" setting has been removed from edit screen of workspaces to which Acall Meeting for Android is connected or Acall Meeting for iPad, version less than 1.8.0, is connected.

We have released a new function for Acall Meeting that allows you to connect 2 devices to a single meeting room.

A patch program has been released to fix the issue of being logged out of the application.

Outlook Calendar Integration
[ Bug Fix ]
We have fixed an issue on Outlook → Acall calendar integration in which appointments were not synced to Acall Portal as blocked reservations if the organizer of the appointment was a meeting room.
Google Calendar Integration
[ Bug Fix ]
We have fixed an issue on Google → Acall calendar integration in which the update was not reflected to Acall Portal when only the title of repeat reservations was changed with the setting "All events".

[ New Feature ] Meeting Room Check-in
To support more efficient use of meeting rooms, we have released a function that reviews reservations and suggests adjustments to appropriate meeting rooms.

Acall Desktop
[ Bug Fix ]
An issue in which the Mac / Windows shortcut keys [ Cmd + R / Ctrl + R ] would cause Acall Desktop to reload when trying to reload other application has been fixed.
