Thank you very much for using Acall.
We are pleased to announce a release of a feature that reviews reservations and suggests adjustments to suitable meeting rooms.
With this release, if the expected number of participants is less than 50% of the capacity of the meeting room, the person making the reservation will receive an email with details of the reservation and a link to the edit screen every morning for a week before the meeting.
This feature facilitates adjustments to the suitable meeting room and improves the efficiency of meeting room usage. In addition, it can alleviate the problem of meeting room shortages.
