Thank you very much for using Acall. 

We are pleased to announce the release of a new function for Acall Meeting that allows you to connect 2 devices to a single meeting room. 
It enables hybrid use of inside and outside modes, allowing check-in and check-out from either of the two doorways of the meeting room.

This feature was initially available only on the iPad version, but it is now also supported on the Android version, allowing the installation of a second device.
You can use this feature with the latest version of the Acall Meeting app (version 1.0.4).
We encourage you to try using both outdoor and indoor setups together.

Customers using Meeting Room Check-in. 


What You Can Do 
You can now connect 2 devices to a single meeting room. 
Either Inside Mode or Outside Mode must be selected when generating the PIN code. 


In addition, you can set the auto-extension ON/OFF on the Acall Portal.  

 

Additional Notes 

• This function is only available on the iPad version.
  • Starting from December 23, 2024, this feature is now available on the Android version as well. Please update to version 1.0.4 to use it.
• With this release, the selection of Inside / Outside Mode when entering the PIN code and the ON/OFF setting of auto-extension on Acall Meeting app will no longer be available. 
• This function requires an update to the version 1.8.0 of Acall Meeting for iPad.
