Thank you very much for using Acall.
We are pleased to announce the release of the email invitation function for Acall Mobile.
Until now, guest invitation emails had to be sent from Acall Portal, which required an operation separate from Acall Mobile.
With this function, you can make reservations and invite guests smoothly on Acall Mobile.
User
Customers using Meeting Room Check-in function.
*Not available for the customers making reservations on Outlook / Google Calendar.
What You Can Do
You can select "Mail template" on the visitor appointment creation screen and send bulk/individual email invitations to guests.
You can also send bulk/individual emails to guests even after creating a reservation.
