We especially announce the release of features that we would like to inform our customers about, as well as our regular weekly releases.
On this page, we plan to introduce the features that will be released in November and how to use them 🍁
Please note that we are continuing to make minor bug fixes and performance adjustments to the calendar linking function since its modification on May 21, 2023.
Bug fixes that affect customers will be posted on this page as they become available.

[ New Feature ] Spot Check-in
Multiple Spots Reservation feature is released.

[ Feature Improvement ] Reservation > Spot (Map)
When reserving a spot on the floor map, the start and end times were set to the work plan on the reservation screen, even though the start and end times were selected on the timeline bar.
We fixed that the work plan settings is not reflected in the reservation time when it is selected in the timeline bar.
Also, "Work Plan ON/OFF" button has been added to the left side of the timeline. You can now switch between setting initial start and end time based on work plan settings, reservable time of the spot and current time.

[ Bug Fix ] Import Spots
The automatic cancellation time for spots cannot be set to 0 minutes. However, through an import, it became possible to set the automatic cancellation time for spots to 0 minutes. As a result, there was an issue where the update button on the spot editing screen could not be clicked.
Fixed an issue where the error check during import now returns an error if the automatic cancellation time is set to 0 minutes.
Outlook Calendar Linking/Acall Meeting
[ Bug Fix ]
Changed the internal system adjustment time from 1 to 2 minutes.

Fixed an issue in which editing or deleting reservations are not reflected in Acall when the organizer's Google account had been deleted due to resignation or other reasons.
