Thank you for using Acall.
We have been offering Acall Meeting (Acall's meeting room application) for inside room use ("Inside Mode").
In addition, we are pleased to announce that Acall Meeting "Outside Mode" is added to our Meeting Room Check-in function. .png)
We have received feedback from some customers that it is difficult to install Acall Meeting outside the room because the guest’s information is displayed on the screen when a meeting starts in Inside mode.
In Outside Mode, the guest’s information is not displayed, and the background image and colors can be freely customized to suit the office design.
Users
All customers using Meeting Room Check-in function/Acall Meeting
For users of Acall Meeting in Inside Mode
No operation is required for this release. You can continue using Inside Mode.
This release does not affect or change Inside Mode.
Setting procedure to start using Outside Mode
Available in Acall Meeting version 1.6.1 or later.
On Acall Meeting, open the settings screen. ( Please refer to the [Sound Settings for Acall Meeting] )
Go to [Device Settings], and tap [Outside Mode] to complete the settings..png)
After changing to Outside Mode, open the settings screen again to set the background image and colors for Outside Mode, and apply the design of your choice.
Additional Note
- You may only use either outside mode or inside mode for one meeting room. They cannot be used together.
- All Acall Meeting customers can use outside mode, including the following customers:
- Customers using Outlook/Google Calendar linking feature
- Customers using the multi-tenant function
