Thank you very much for using Acall.
We are pleased to announce that Multiple Spots Reservation is added to our spot check-in feature 🎉✨
Until now, it is necessary to reserve multiple spots one by one, making it time-consuming to make reservations for a group of spots.
With this release, it will be easier to make reservations in the following cases, for example
- A representative collectively reserves seats for 4 members for a team meeting
- Reserve all seating in the area to be occupied by the event organizer for an event.

What you can do with Multiple Spot Reservation
Reserve multiple spots at once
Acall Portal
By holding down the Shift key and clicking on spots on the map, you can select and reserve multiple spots.
Multiple spots selected and reserved will be displayed in a design with multiple cards stacked on top of each other..png)
The icon of the person who made the reservation is displayed before check-in, and the icon of the person who checked in is displayed after check-in.%20(1).png)
How to check-in
Each person must check-in to use the reserved spot. There are no changes to the check-in process.
Additional Note
Multiple spots cannot be reserved at once on the Timeline view of Acall Portal reservation screen, Acall Mobile, Spot Check-in Kiosk.
