Thank you very much for using Acall.

We are pleased announce the release of some updates for our Worker Search function and a change in our specifications.

All customers using Acall


Update #1
Previously, people who are not currently checked in to a spot were automatically greyed out in the search bar, and could not be clicked or selected. With this update, you can search for, and view your co-workers regardless of their check-in statuses.


With this release, users can use the Worker Search function regardless of others' check-in status to view their Outlook Calendas for the day and communicate with them via email or Slack.


Update #2
For the new function released on February 14, 2024  that allows workers to check Outlook Calendar for the day, we added an option "Semi-required (Recommended)" that allows users to choose how they would like to configure the integration with Microsoft Account for their individual accounts.


When this option is selected by administrators, when users access the Acall Portal, they will be prompted to set up the integration with their Microsoft Accounts each time.

Specification Change
In "Organization” > “Workers" screen for administrators on Acall Portal, "All" has been removed from the options for the number of workers displayed.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused for customers who have been using this option. You will be encouraged to select other options.
