The release of this function was delayed, but we have since implemented improvements in quality and reviewed the specifications. We are pleased to announce that it has now been successfully released. We sincerely apologize for the long wait and appreciate your patience.
Until now, notifications are only sent 5 minutes before the start of the reservation, but with this release, multiple notifications can be set at any given time, such as "n days before the reservation" or "1 hour before the reservation".
Meeting participants will also be notified when reservations are created, modified, or deleted.
By utilizing the notification settings, you can make effective use of the meeting room.

What You Can Do
"Reservation Notification" has been added under the [ Workspace ] menu.
Change Notification
You can notify meeting participants when a meeting room reservation is created, updated, or deleted, respectively.
- You can choose how to be notified.
- Select the language of the notification text (If Multiple Language Support is ON).
- Subject of the notification.
- Body of the notification. By using tags, you can add the details.
- Enable/disable notifications.
Advance Notification
You can send reminders meeting participants at any time for a reserved meeting.
Up to 3 reminders can be registered.
- Notification timing.
- You can choose how to be notified.
- Select the language of the notification text. (If Multiple Language Support is ON).
- Subject of the notification.
- Body of the notification. By using tags, you can add the details.
- Enable/disable notifications.
Additional Notes
- Notifications are sent to the person making the reservation and the participant.
- Change notifications are set by default to creation, update, and deletion, and no additional notification triggers can be added or changed.
- In the case of multi-tenancy, change notification/advance notification is only enabled for the company that has set it up and does not affect other companies.
- Many notifications will be sent when a large number of appointments (reservations) are created with the import function. So please temporarily disable change notifications.
- If you edit and update a repeat reservation selecting "following", you will only receive a change notice with the content of the first reservation after update (This will be fixed in the future).
- For example, if you have a repeat reservation from January 1 to January 4, and you edit January 2 one with "following", you will receive a change notification with updates for January 2 only.
- Change notification is not available when using the external calendar integration function.
Changes
With this release, the "Notification" toggle will be removed from [ App settings ] > [ Acall Meeting ].
Instead, it will be added as [ 5 min before ] under "Advance Notification" in [ Workspace ] > [ Reservation Notification ].
Notification availability will also be set to inherit the existing settings.
