Thank you very much for using Acall.
We are pleased to announce that, you can now check the connection status on the Acall Portal screen when communication between Acall Meeting and the Acall server is interrupted due to network issues or device malfunctions.
Until now, when the connection was lost, workers with tenant admin permission and admin permission received notifications via email or Acall Mobile as a result of the Acall Meeting Monitoring System.
In environments with many Acall Meeting devices, it could take time to verify the connection status. However, you can now intuitively check the status directly on the Acall Portal screen.
