Thank you very much for using Acall.
We are pleased to announce that, even when managing multiple companies under a single IdP contract, you can now utilize Single Sign-On (SSO) for each individual company.
Until now, the SSO integration between your IdP and Acall has been available in a one-to-one configuration. As a result, SSO was not supported for different offices or group companies managed under the same IdP.
With this update, you can configure individual entity IDs for each application within your IdP, allowing for SSO on a per-office or per-company basis.
If you have previously been unable to use SSO with Acall, we encourage you to explore this new feature.
