Thank you very much for using Acall.
In a multi-tenant environment, when communication from Acall Meeting (device) to the Acall server is lost, you will be able to check the connection status on the Acall Portal screen.
For now, Acall Meeting monitoring system has notified workers with “tenant administrator” or “administrator” permission via email or Acall Mobile when communication with Acall Meeting (device) is lost.
It takes time to check when there were many Acall Meetings (devices), but this release, you will be able to check them intuitively on the Acall Portal screen.

What You Can Do
When the Acall Meeting monitoring system is enabled, a warning icon will appear in the "Devices" column of the [Workspace List] on the Acall Portal if communication with Acall Meeting is lost.
Clicking the icon will redirect you to the [Multitenant Settings] page.
Clicking the icon shown in the "Devices" column under [Meeting Room Settings] will display a connection error message.
* For administrators, the warning icon will only be displayed in the "Devices" column of the [Workspace List], but it cannot be clicked.
