Acall is continually making various improvements, major or minor.
We especially announce the release of features that we would like to inform our customers about, as well as our regular weekly releases.

On this page, we are introducing the features that will be released in April and how to use them.

Acall Meeting

[ New Feature ] Monitoring System
Administrators can receive a disconnection notification when communication from the Acall Meeting to the Acall server is lost.

Acall Mobile

[ New Feature ] Floor map spot reservation
Spots can now be reserved from the floor map on Acall Mobile.

Outlook Calendar Integration

[ Bug Fix ] Reservations with multiple meeting rooms
Some problems that occurred when multiple meeting rooms were selected and reserved has been fixed.

Acall Mobile

[ Feature Improvement ] Workspace/Spot Image
If an image was set for a workspace/spot, the image would sometimes be cropped out in the information screen. This issue has been fixed so that the image is displayed properly.

Acall Desktop

[ Feature Improvement ] SETTINGS ＞ Notification Setting
The following pop-up notifications that appear when using the Wi-Fi Check-in function can now be switched ON/OFF.

• No Available Spots for Wi-Fi Check-in
• Multiple spots are found. Select one below.

You can switch ON/OFF toggle for "Wi-Fi Check-in" in the "SETTINGS" tab.
The existing notification settings have been renamed to “Work Plan". There are no changes to the specifications.


※ Notification is turned off by default. If you need notification, please turn it ON.

[ Bug Fix ] Spot ＞ Register/Edit Floor Map
Fixed an error when saving a floor map if the seat coordinates were set near 0.

English wording corrections have been made to the following.

Wi-Fi Check-in is now available in Acall Desktop in MacOS 14.0 and later.
