[Coming Soon] Acall Portal Side Menu to Be Updated

Thank you very much for using Acall.

We're planning to revamp the Acall Portal side menu.
As we've continued to release new features, it has become increasingly difficult to locate the functions our customers use most.
To address this, we're reorganizing and updating the side menu based on usage frequency and typical user scenarios. Alongside this, we're also improving the UI for various settings pages.
In addition, we’re consolidating the check-in status screens, reception, meeting rooms, spots, and workers into one unified view.
These updates will make Acall Portal even more intuitive and easier to navigate.

Acall Portal Side Menu

Side Menu View with Admin Permission


① [Check-in status] and [Guest Check-in] menus have been consolidated into a single [Check-in Status] menu.
② Menus related to settings have been grouped together at the bottom of the side menu.
③ [App Settings] group has been removed, and its menus have been moved to the [Workspaces], [Spots], and [Reception & Entry] groups.
④ [Settings] menu has been renamed to [Common Settings].
⑤ [Email Templates] and [Visitor Pass/Entry Form] have been relocated to the [Reception & Entry] group.

⑥[Help] group has been renamed to [Support].
You can now easily access News and Service Status from this group.

Side Menu View with General Users



① [Check-in] and [Guest Check-in] menus have been merged into a single [Check-in Status] menu.
② [My Page] has been removed from the side menu.
③ [Email Templates] has been moved under the [Visitors] section.


Worker assigned the role of 'Multi-tenant Receptionist'


The location of [Schedule List] has been changed.
Other changes are the same as those for general-permission workers.

Workers with Tenant Admin permission


The location of the [Multitenant] menu has been changed.
Other changes are the same as those applied to the administrator's side menu.


UI Updates

Check-in Status

[Reception / Meeting ], [Spot], and [Worke] have been moved under the [Check-in Status] menu.

[RECEPTION / MEETING]
[Guest Check-in] moved to [Check-in Status] > [RECEPTION / MEETING].


[ SPOT ]
[ Check-in ] > [ Check-in Status ] moved to [SPOT].


[WORKER]
[Check-in Status] > [Worker's spot reservation status] moved to [WORKER].

Depending on your subscription plan, some side menu items may not be displayed.
