Thank you very much for using Acall.
We are planning to release a new function which allows visitors to select the department or person in charge to call from a specific group of workers set up for each Acall Reception device.
With this release, administrators will be able to set groups and workers that visitors can call, for example, only groups and workers belonging to the Tokyo office for the Acall Reception devices in the Tokyo office, and only groups and workers belonging to the Osaka office for devices in the Osaka office.

What You Can Do
Visitors will be able to select and call only the groups and workers belonging to the groups that the administrators have set for each Acall Reception device from the department / worker selection screen.

Scheduled Release Date
We have decided to postpone the release of this function, which was previously announced for late July 2024.
Our engineer team has done its best to prepare for this release, but in order to provide higher quality functionality, it has become necessary to reevaluate the entire functionality.
