【Release: August 29th, 2024 】 AI Chat Meeting Room Reservation (AI Booking Assistant)

Thank you very much for using Acall.

We have launched the AI chat reservation function to reserve a meeting room.
The AI will suggest the most suitable meeting room based on the date, time, participants, and purpose of the meeting, allowing for more efficient reservation.
This will reduce the man-hours required for reservation, such as checking available meeting rooms and inviting participants, which were previously done by the workers themselves.

If you want to use this function, please contact our sales representative.


What You Can Do
Open the chat modal by either of the following steps.

• Click [+ Add New] > [Chat] at the top of the Acall Portal.
• From the Acall Portal side menu, click [Reservations] > [Workspace] to open the workspace list, then click [RESERVE BY CHAT] in the upper right corner.

Enter the participants, purpose, location, date, and time of the meeting in the text box. AI chat will suggest a list of available workspaces that match your criteria.


To reserve a meeting room suggested by the AI, click "OPEN THE RESERVATION MODAL".



The reservation creation modal will appear with the AI's proposals entered.
Click "CREATE" to easily complete the reservation of a meeting room.
