[Release: May 29, 2025] Layout Update for Acall Meeting

Thank you very much for using Acall.

As part of an update to Acall Meeting, we have made changes to the screen layout and some of the display content.
This update is aimed at unifying the user experience across different devices (iOS/Android), which previously had varying screen displays. Our goal is to provide a more consistent and seamless user interface.
Please note that there are no changes to the core functionality of the service. You can continue to use it as you have until now.

Acall Meeting application

The connection screen display has been updated.

Acall Meeting (Inside Mode)

• Waiting screen

1. The bilingual display (Japanese and English) is shown only in the language set in the app.
2. The icon previously located at the bottom left has been moved to the bottom right.

• "Start a meeting without a reservation" screen

1. The positions of the "+" and "−" buttons for setting the meeting duration have been reversed (left and right will be swapped).
2. The bilingual display (Japanese and English) is shown only in the language set in the app.
3. The icon previously located at the bottom left has been moved to the bottom right.

• Meeting ready (check-in available)

1. The bilingual display (Japanese and English) is shown only in the language set in the app.
2. The icon previously located at the bottom left has been moved to the bottom right.

• Ongoing meeting

1. The taxi icon has been removed.
2. The position of the refresh button has been changed.

• Settings screen display update

1. The "Log out" button is more noticeable.
2. The positions of the "+" and "−" buttons for resizing have been reversed (left and right will be swapped).

Acall Meeting (Outside Mode)

• "Start a meeting without a reservation" screen

1. The display has been updated.
2. The positions of the "+" and "−" buttons for setting the meeting duration have been reversed (left and right will be swapped).
3. The bilingual display (Japanese and English) is shown only in the language set in the app.
4. The icon previously located at the bottom left has been moved to the bottom right.

A new calendar icon has been added, and tapping it will display the bar on the right side of the screen.

・15 minutes or more before the meeting start (check-in unavailable)

1. The participant display has been changed from showing all participants to displaying only the representative.
   1. Other participants can be viewed by opening the bar on the right side of the screen.

Other display changes are the same as the changes made to the "Start a meeting without a reservation" screen.

• Meeting ready (check-in available)

1. 2. The changes are the same as the ones in '15 minutes or more before the meeting start (check-in unavailable)'.

• Ongoing Meeting
  1. The participant display has been changed from showing all participants to displaying only the representative.
  2. The bilingual display (Japanese and English) is shown only in the language set in the app.
  3. A new calendar icon has been added, and tapping it will display the bar on the right side of the screen.
  4. The message regarding auto extension has been updated.

• Device Settings (Sound settings)

A new checkbox labeled "Apply Acall Portal settings" has been added.
