【Release: June 26】Spot Reservation Restriction

Thank you very much for using Acall.

We are pleased to announce the release of the spot reservation restriction function in Acall Portal.

Until now, there were no reservation restrictions such as "reservations can be made 30 days prior to the date of use", allowing reservations to be made for dates in the distant future.
With this release, you can now set reservation restrictions on a spot-by-spot basis.
This enables optimal management of spots according to their usage status, such as providing more people with the opportunity to use their desired spots and preventing them from being occupied for long periods of time.

What You Can Do
Setting the reservable period for spot reservations on Acall Portal
Administrators can set the time period during which the spot can be reserved on Acall Portal's Spot Settings page.
The time period setting can be toggled ON/OFF.


The range of reservable periods is as follows:
* This setting does not apply when administrators create a reservation.

• Minimum
  • 1 day
• Maximum
  • 1000 days
• Default
  • 30 days

If a reservable period has been set, general users cannot select dates beyond the period.



Import / export of spot reservation settings information by CSV
By using Import / Export function on Acall portal, you can set and check the reservable time periods for spots.
The columns "Limit Reservable Time Period" and "Reservable Time Period (day)" are added to the CSV.

"Limit Reservable Time Period" is ON when 1 is specified, and OFF when 0 is specified.


Additional Note
In order to apply the reservable period when making reservations on Acall Mobile, the application must be updated to version 0.9.0.

In addition, the Acall Mobile update may cause the Acall Mobile screen to be obscured at the top and bottom on some Android devices.
We have confirmed that Acall Mobile works properly on Android 14, so please check the Android version of your device and try updating to Android 14 if possible.
