The third round of fixes has been released for issues with notifications and data reflection in the Acall applications.

[ Feature Improvement ] Meeting Room Check-in
Meeting room filtering criteria on the workspace reservation screen are now retained even if you re-login to Acall Portal.
*This is limited to when re-login on the same PC and with the same browser.
[ Bug Fix ] Meeting Room Check-in
An issue in which workspace repeat reservations could be created for dates beyond the period set in the reservation limit has been fixed.

When a worker is assigned to a group by specifying the group name in the AI Booking Assistant function, workers belonging to child groups of the specified group are also included in the search option.

On non-iPad spot check-in kiosks, when "Start Time" on the reservation creation screen was tapped, 00:00 was initially displayed. This issue has been fixed and the time after the current time is now displayed correctly.

When assigning a worker by specifying a group name with the AI Booking Assistant function, the group name can now be correctly specified even if there is a difference between half-width and full-width characters, or between hiragana and katakana (Japanese).
Outlook Calendar Integration
[ Bug Fix ] Calendar Add-in
A fix has been released for an issue that prevents from resending e-mail when editing an appointment in Outlook Calendar with calendar add-in.

[ Feature Improvement ] Spot Check-in
The term "check-in" has been changed to "spot check-in" in [ Import & Export ] > [ Export ] > [ Log ].
[ Bug Fix ] Spot Check-in
A problem in which a worker could not be deleted by clicking the "x" button when the worker's name added to "User" on the spot reservation and check-in screens was long has been fixed.
[ Feature Improvement ] Meeting Room Check-in
The term "Approved By" has been changed to "Responder" on the Guest Check-in screen in the English version.
[ Bug Fix ] Outputs
A bug that prevented the screen transition when clicking on any item within the menu in the upper right corner of the signage has been fixed.
[ Feature Improvement ]
The message displayed when deleting a resignee's reservations has been changed In the English version.
