【Release: June 21】Spot Reservation Notifications

Thank you very much for using Acall.

We are pleased to announce the release of Spot Reservation Notifications via Acall Mobile and Acall Desktop in addition to email notifications.
You can receive notifications before the reservation starts or when you have not checked in, preventing from forgetting to check in.

On the February 19, 2024, we released [E-mail Notification] function and also Acall Mobile and Acall Desktop notifications are now available with the June 21, 2024 release.


Users
All customers using Spot Check-in function.


What You Can Do
Types of spot reservation notifications
When you make a reservation for a spot, you will receive the following notifications.

• Start Notification
  • You will be notified 5 minutes before the reservation starts.
• Un-checked-in Notification
  • You will be notified if any spots have not been checked in after the reservation start time.
• Auto-cancel Notification
  • You will be notified when the reservation is automatically canceled.

Ways to receive notifications

• Email
• Acall Mobile (Released on June 21, 2024)
• Acall Desktop (Released on June 21, 2024)

*Acall Mobile / Acall Desktop notifications will be available for reservations created on or after April 24, 2024.


Email (Released on February 19, 2024)
You can receive spot reservation notifications via your email address registered in Acall Portal.


Acall Mobile (Released on June 21, 2024)
If you turn on the push notification setting on your mobile device where Acall Mobile is installed, you will receive notifications via push notification.



Acall Desktop (Released on June 21, 2024)
If you turn on push notification setting on Acall Desktop you will receive reservation notifications via push notification.

Request to Customers

The default settings for notifications are as follows.
Email: OFF
Acall Mobile: ON
Acall Desktop: ON

Note that batch setting by administrators is not available. Please set up individually.
