The operation verification of the Acall Mobile app has been completed on the latest Android OS, Android 16.

The latest version of Android OS, Android 16, is now fully supported and can be used without any issues.
Until now, we had asked users to refrain from updating to Android 16, but going forward, you may update to the latest version of Android.
Please check "List of Supported OS and Application Version" for more information.

The latest version of the Android OS, Android 16, has been released.
However, please be aware that after updating to Android 16, you may encounter issues such as the Acall mobile app failing to launch or some features not functioning properly within the app.
We are currently conducting compatibility testing for Acall mobile on Android 16.
We kindly ask that you refrain from updating to Android 16 until we have completed our testing and confirmed proper operation.
We will update this page as soon as compatibility testing is complete.
